  1. I own a business and received an investment from one of your members, who had us sign a promissory note. Is there a way to receive a copy of our company obligations with said member? Is that something we can request from you?

  2. American Estate & Trust has policies and procedures that are not requirements of the IRS nor DOL. These policies and procedures are burdensome, restricting and costly. Be speak with them in detail about their policies to determine whether these restrictions would apply to your investment type and structure before opening an account with them.

    • Hi Mike,

Happy to provide whatever help we can, however, you’ll have to expand a little on what specifically you’re looking for. Are you just looking for a custodian to help you invest your retirement funds in gold, or do you have specific questions?
