iDirect Law

  1. I set up an IRA LLC with Guidant. I am now ready to liquidate the IRA LLC. Is there a process I must follow, so I do not incur more than the 20% income tax on the IRA LLC distribution from liquidation?

  2. Bruce m glasser says:

guidant helped form an Ira llc which has purchased real property in the llc name. The llc is going to purchase additional real property. I want to roll over ira funds from another ira self directed account to the llc for the purchase. How do I do that.

    • Hi Bruce,

iDirect Law uses Provident as their SDIRA custodian of record. You’ll want to reach out to Provident and have them help you through that process.

  3. I have an empolyer Individual Account Plan that I need to rollover soon
(July) and am interested in a self directed IRA and use some of the funds for a real estate investment in Hawaii. I would have a partner with 50% each invested. My partner would be wanting to defer taxes using a 1031 tax exchange.
