Has your firm done SD IRAs with venture capital GP who used his/her IRA funds to invest in to the LLC Fund? If so how is management fees paid on on yearly basis (typically 2% of the managed capital) handled?

I have heard from other SD IRA custodians that can be done but getting conflicting answers on how salary paid through management fees has to be handled. Can you clarify?
