  1. Of the three self-directed IRA third party administrators I’ve used, QwestIRA Houston/Dallas/Austin has most number of well trained staff to answer questions quickly and correctly. Website has videos which lack quality but are understandable. Min of 3 days to wire funds. Networking events with owners of other QIRA offices and local pros in related industries-legal, CPA, wealth management, cost segregation, commercial insurance. SunWest is slow in all transactions.. Penasco was found to be lacking staff. Mountain West in Colorado is an upbeat and helpful company at all times.

They are the most disorganized operation that I have ever worked with. No one knows any answers and when they say they are going to call you back they do not!! DO NOT do business with these people!!!
